Briiv Pro

Briiv Pro is an air purifier designed for use in homes and offices. Briiv Pro replaces fossil-fuel derived plastics with bioplastics, moss, coconut fibre and recyclable glass. The unit stands 30 centimetres tall, measures 16 centimetres in diameter and weighs 1.3 kilograms. An onboard air quality sensor allows Briiv Pro to adjust the fan speed automatically. Control is possible through an LED interface, a proximity sensor for touchless use, or a mobile application. Several units can be linked to clean the air in larger spaces. Power use and filter replacement costs are kept low.

The main body and frame are made of injection moulded plastic, and a touch sensitive button controls the power. The flowing form is inspired by the Sirjan windcatcher in Kerman, Iran. Pastel colours and a minimal shape allow Choppoq to serve also as a decorative object.
