Glowing Pavilion
Glowing Pavilion is a commercial office interior located in Shanghai Songjiang. The design is inspired by the traditional Shanghai teahouse. A central pavilion links the reception, the lobby lounge, the pre-function lounge and the conference room, and also divides these areas to protect privacy. A semi-enclosed teahouse inside the pavilion serves as a venue for casual business meetings. Reinterpreted screens with engraved acrylic panels, fine metal details and Chinese landscape artwork follow the high ceiling. Glass openings frame the outdoor garden like a picture.
