Wan Yue Complex

Wan Yue Complex is a sales center designed as an immersive retail and cultural space. The interior draws on local regional character and combines classical and modern elements. White tones dominate the space, while gold and orange-red accents add depth and warmth. Curved lines taken from the decorative arts shape the interior, and large single-cut artificial rocks join tradition with modern form. Retail units are arranged one by one along an axial corridor. An art installation recalls the leisurely feeling of drifting on a boat in summer.

The One Mansion

The One Mansion is a sales center in Xi'an, China, covering 2000 square meters. The interior design draws on the history of Chang'an, including Qin and Han clothing, Chang'an food, Tang palaces, the Silk Road, drum music and Qin opera. Metal, stone and glass form strong lines and a modern character with a technological feeling. Wood veneer adds warmth, while galaxy grey stone gives a calm tone. Plants and sustainable materials bring nature indoors. The meeting area combines a glass and bookshelf screen with a round table, joining firm and soft qualities.

Wuhan UI

Wuhan UI is a sales center interior inspired by the water culture of Wuhan. Sound and space form the framework of the design concept. Original music was composed for the interior, and the sound tracks are mixed invisibly through the rooms, so visitors move as if within a sound field. A spiral staircase leads toward the sound source on the second floor, so the route is guided by hearing as well as by sight. Art installations combine stairs, a bronze mirror and a hanging stone. Materials include artistic lacquer, decorative brick and artificial stone with wood grains.

Longwan

Longwan Three Realms is a sales center covering 480 square meters. The layout uses circulation paths to divide functional areas and guide visitors. A custom wooden grille system encloses space while remaining permeable, keeping the original building frame and reducing added elements. Materials with natural qualities are layered to engage sight, touch and smell. A crushed stone mosaic floor reuses stone waste and avoids the cold feeling of standard marble or tiles. Art installations are made of pulp, a recyclable and easily shaped material. The design aims to convey calm and positive emotion.

Dajihui Exhibition Hall

Dajihui Exhibition Hall is a sales center in Shenzhen covering 936 square meters. Gray marble forms the main surfaces, combined with geometric shapes and bright color accents. A ribbon shaped staircase is the main route between the upper and lower functional spaces and the central theme of the design. Greentown Liuxiangyuan is a sales center interior covering 1000 square meters in Yantai. The design moves away from a strong marketing atmosphere and treats light as an architectural element. Sincere Garden

Sincere Garden is a sales center in Wuhan, China. The design draws on the cultural heritage of the city and simplifies oriental architectural symbols. Eaves, wood veined aluminum finishes and traditional tenon and mortise joints shape the details. The exterior uses a gray palette, transparent glass, imitation stone paint, aluminum plate and stone. Inside, wood veneer with annual rings echoes the ancient camphor trees in the garden. Off-white sandstone, black stone floors and walnut veneer create a calm atmosphere. Above the property models area, an artistic lighting fixture reinterprets the layering of traditional gray-tile eaves. The crystal material glitters and creates a mist-like visual effect. A golden wall lamp with a water ripple form adds a calm rhythm to the interior. Local culture is presented through a modern and simple design language.

Cofco Town is a sales center interior in Zhangjiakou, China, covering 1545 square meters. The design is based on the idea of an urban ladder culture square. Stepped levels follow the elevation difference of the building and form a long and winding route. The steps link the interior with an open-air coffee bar and the outdoor landscape. Roadshows, art exhibitions, reading, sharing and business services can be held in the square. The main materials are stone, aluminum grille and texture coating. Huahong Merchants Yunyue Zhenjing

Yunyue Zhenjing Sales Center is a sales center in Zhejiang, China, completed in August 2021. The 600 square meter space departs from the conventional sales office format and takes the form of a bookstore with oriental character. Arcs divide the square plan into functional areas, and wooden grids on the walls also serve as bookshelves. A French window brings in the natural scenery and sunlight. Earth tones, wood finishes, metal details, a gray marble floor and a brownish red ceiling shape the interior. Visitors can read, enjoy coffee at the water bar or complete a purchase.

Jinmao Palace

Jinmao Palace is a sales center located in Fengtai District, Beijing, near the Yongding River. The interior covers 682 square meters on a commercial ground floor. The design introduces landscape and pastoral themes into the city, guided by the idea of a fifteen-minute community living circle. Functions inspired by markets and cafes are placed within the space, and boundaries between areas are softened. The reception hall is decorated with water lights, and a double-height resin acrylic screen echoes the water pattern of the reception background.
