Zhengrong Mansion is a sales office interior covering 1200 square meters. The design draws on the city of Fuzhou and the history of the maritime silk road. A flowing form inspired by the River Min guides visitors through the main area and stretches softly like silk. Water drops appear to fall from above and run into curves hidden within a screen. Clear crystals are set into the wall and reflect the light. Colors and furnishings are kept simple and refined. Open, quiet areas invite visitors to pause within the busy city.

Jinxiu Mansion

Jinxiu Mansion is a sales office interior located in Huizhou. The project covers 1100 square meters and was completed in March 2020. The design follows the idea that less is more, and each area is given its own character within one unified style. In the staircase, stone is combined with glass fiber reinforced plastic to suggest a rock in the deep sea. In the sand table area, a wave shaped installation of electroplated acrylic lines is hung above a white sand table. Simple lines and few ornaments create a calm atmosphere.

Tianshui Brightmoon

Tianshui Brightmoon is a sales office interior covering 1350 square meters. The design takes the Maijishan Grottoes of Tianshui as its inspiration and uses the arch as the main element. Arched forms create a harmonious and solemn atmosphere throughout the space. The sand table area is made of stone and metal, and the sand table base is surrounded by white stone that rises above the floor. A carpet with grotto mural patterns marks a second area. The staircase to the model house on the upper floor recalls the plank road of the grottoes.

OneSino Park

OneSino Park is a sales office interior located in Chongqing, China. The project covers a total of 3000 square meters. Architecture, landscape and interior are coordinated through interspersing, complementary and mixed high and low levels. Light and shadow pass from the inside to the outside to form an art space planned as an urban art and culture living room. Main materials include wood texture marble, beige marble, terrazzo, dark mirror stainless steel and white marsac. Warm light-colored marble keeps the space calm and open. A swimming pool is exposed as part of the building structure.

Hisense Jun He

Hisense Jun He is a sales office interior design covering 500 square meters. Screens with Chinese elements are used as partitions and are set in an orderly array. The hollow pattern is continuous, so light passes through and the space feels open. Wall cabinets are covered with daisy green wall cloth, and light strips are hidden in the compartments. Main materials are limestone with a warm surface, cloth, wood veneer and stainless steel details. The limestone is hung with 5 millimeter dry joints. The layout follows the traditional three-entry courtyard plan.

Frame

Frame is a sales office interior located in Tianjin, China. The space covers 1200 square meters and is arranged on two floors. The first floor holds the hall display area and a coffee lounge, while the second floor contains a VIP reception and an office area. The entrance foyer is a two-story open volume without partitions. A frame structure of shaped blocks and grilles divides the space and defines each function. Contrasts of light, color, and texture give the interior the character of an art gallery placed inside a box.

Nanjing Merchants Yongning House

Nanjing Yongning House is a sales office interior located in Pukou District, Nanjing. The space covers about 23680 square feet and includes a sand table area and a negotiation hall. Restraint guides both the design methods and the material selection. Kedding wood surfaces, titanium-plated stainless steel and marble are used. Refined metal is inlaid into columns and wall lamps through jointing. A metal cell structure orders the irregular areas and forms a transparent composition of void and solid. Empty space is kept to support the relation between people and space.

Seeking Deer

Seeking Deer is a sales office located in the central area of Shanghai. The interior is divided into two floors. The first floor holds the hall display area and the conversation area, while the second floor holds the reception and office area. A large-scale floor-to-ceiling window opens the second floor toward the double-height conversation area below. The clear glass creates a visual connection between the two levels. A six meter long installation named Deer of Life is set in the second-floor window area, and guests can see the deer from the first floor.

Wrapped Volumes

Wrapped Volumes is a temporary sales office located on the outskirts of an industrial city. The site has no strong immediate context, so the design takes its cues from the approach road. The movement of the road is translated into a continuous wrapped facade that lifts the structure from the ground. Parts of the wrap form a landscape layer, while other parts act as a protective skin that reduces heat gain from the south. The facade is ribbed plaster, crafted by local craftsmen. The compact interior spaces are washed in natural light.

Grand Canal

Grand Canal is a sales office interior located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China, with an area of 1546 square meters. The design takes water as its main theme and refers to the local canal culture of Hangzhou. White exterior wall paint, classical pattern boards, metal frames and floor-to-ceiling windows are combined with white wall tiles and bluestone paths. Hai'an Wanda Plaza is a sales office interior created for a residential development in Nantong. The 650 square meter space is divided into four areas named Magnolia Hall, Inkstone Washing Pool, Golden Silkworm Workshop and Collection Court. The design draws on the local magnolia tree and the silk culture of Hai'an, combined with traditional Oriental elements. In the reception area, two rows of glass columns emphasize vertical lines, while a marble wall adds horizontal movement. A chandelier shaped like a silkworm cocoon lights the sand table area.
